The 2020 Seattle Sounders FC Rave Green Run presented by CHI Franciscan has gone virtual! Join your fellow Sounders FC fans by donning your rave green and heading out to run a 5k (that's 3.1 miles) in your neighborhood - or anywhere you'd like! Upload your time and photos - watch the online leaderboard - be automatically entered to win great prizes! Prizes are based on your race photos this year - so be sure to check out the award categories at www.ravegreenrun.org/raceinfo. All proceeds from the Seattle Sounders FC Rave Green Run presented by CHI Franciscan benefit RAVE Foundation, the official charitable arm of Seattle Sounders FC. RAVE Foundation builds small fields for free play and uses soccer as a vehicle to inspire youth and strengthen communities.

If you register by 11:59pm pm on September 10, you'll have the chance to select "MAIL MY RACE SHIRT" - we'll be sure to get your race shirt to you in time to run the race and upload your time by the deadline (but running the race in your new race shirt isn't required).
You can also attend our in-person race shirt pick-up which will be scheduled for Friday, September 18 at Southcenter Square (near Nordstrom Rack and Kohl's) in Tukwila. Check www.ravegreenrung.org for these details soon.
Those who register after September 10 are not guaranteed a shirt by September 20.
